Also great at helping you properly word some of those negative conversations that you need to have with your employees every so often.  Wendy McClellan is also a great speaker. I’ve seen Wendy speak quite a few times now. She’s energetic and motivating. You leave her meetings feeling good about yourself and ready to go get the world!
